“This 2 bedroom is conveniently located near ESU and is comfortable. It was very nice to be able to cook meals, relax with a nice TV, and have good heat, A/C, and a hot shower. I would certainly rent this place again when I'm back for another visit.”

“Pros: The space was offered plenty of room for everyone to hang out. It was equipped with all the appliances we needed to make meals. We enjoyed spending time in the cozy living room, and playing foosball in the basement. The location near the Delaware Water Gap is a highlight -- we had a great hike on a nearby trail.Cons: The sheets in the master bedroom had some old food on them and did not seem to be fully washed, which was disappointing and made us question the overall cleanliness.……

“My nephew a few friends and I travel to the Poconos for a getaway and to watch the football playoffs. The house was perfect! Located in a beautiful neighborhood, skiing on site, safe and peaceful. The house is spacious.and comfortable. Livable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. House was clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to tubing and skiing. Great place for a family. We might make this an annual event! Thank you!”

“House layout was great for large family! Loved the game room downstairs! (Couldn’t get X box to work, but kids loved the other games… especially the air hockey!) The hot tub was a big success and adults enjoyed the sauna!!! Loved the big screen TV… just had trouble getting surround sound to work!Just a couple of suggestions…the house was very cold. Other renters may want to bring blankets. Also labeling of remotes and directions for how to operate them, tv’s and fire place would be helpful. ……

“The property was very clean and organized. The neighbors were very friendly. Its such a peaceful place to get away from the chaos of the city. There is also a lot of family oriented activites to engage in a few miles away from the house. Thanks to the host for putting together a ton of information to help us navigate the surrounding areas.What stood out the most for the kids was the neighborhood cat tigress she left an impact on their hearts now we have to think of getting a cat ourselves.……

“We loved the relaxing feel of the place as well as the interior design and inspiring art direction for the rooms. I choose this place as I wanted wellness amenities for me and friends, as well as close distance to hiking trails and it was the perfect spot for that. I also liked that the place has sectioned-off areas for quiet and downtime.”

“The house sits high up on the hill with a big deck overlooking the lake. Viewing the lake with coffee in AM, watching the lake activity during day and seeing the moon and lights across the water with a glass of wine at night was lovely. The lake in front of the house is a no wake zone which affords a calmer setting which was really nice. The owner lives in the area and was quickly attentive to answer questions and resolve any small issues that came up. Highly recommend this home.”

“This house was perfect for our needs. It fit all 12 of our family and friends comfortably and the games in the basement (pool table and video games) were great for our teenage boys. The house was in great condition, ample parking and a great fire pit out back with chairs to sit around. We never lit a fire but we sat and enjoyed the peach of the mountains and the sounds of the waterfall. The house is clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all the amenities you need for a great stay. We……
