“The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!”

“Excellent customer service, all the staff whom we encountered were very friendly helpful and of good cheer. A beautiful hotel and residences equipped with the standards to get by whilst on your trip in Guyana, Georgetown. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay at this lovely and healthy environment. The cafe bistro does amazing food dishes and has a great bar to enjoy luscious alcoholic beverages. Loved the coconut prawns, fried rice and steak dishes. Great variety to choose from……
