“I really liked the pavilion outside. That was a very nice sitting area that was covered. What I did not like was the room accross from me had someone constantly throwing something at the door that could be heard accross the hall into my room. “Husband and I had to be out of state on short notice and preferred to not stay in a hotel. Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! “You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!”

“We made a short trip for weekend. We love O’Bannon Woods State park which is even closer than google said. Host was very kind and accommodating even though I goofed the booking. The cabin is two rooms but sweetly decorated and cozy. No wifi but cell service with my carrier. But the spot where the cabin on the Blue River couldn’t be more lovely.”

“A nice break from a busy city. I love that we have access to cities around us, but also get to enjoy the quiet countryside. The place was very peaceful and so beautiful. I kept thinking, I wonder if residents that live in the area know how good they have it. As far as the home, the rooms were comfortable. There were more than enough towels and washcloths.
