「Great location! Easy access to beach. Apartment was very nice with stylish and comfortable accommodations. The view of the bay out of our window was beautiful. Easy check-in and checkout. We could hear the people above us walking around, but nothing that disturbed our stay. The only downside is that we couldn’t watch March Madness in the evening athere was no regular TG.」

「Very well maintained except for entrance to property. The landscaping needs to be cleaned up and update. This is the first impression and it is not good. The room was updated and very clean. 「Overall we enjoyed our stay! The weather was unfortunately cloudy/rainy the entire time we were there. I know that there’s nothing you can do about it, so we made the most of it! 「This is a great location. Close to everything from attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beach access is awesome and the views are spectacular. The only thing we found was the bed was a bit harsh for our liking. We also found in many others of these types rentals some spices, coffee left over from other guests. Not a deal breaker just was odd to fin nothing for cooking. I understand it maybe for safety reasons.」

「We come to Navarre Beach frequently but usually stay at a different complex. We wanted to be closer to the pier so we gave Summerwind a try! We were very happy with the condo. We had a small issue with the AC and the property managers were there within a few hours to fix it. Communication was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone!」

「The room was very clean! All the appliances were newer! The front desk staff was nice. The only thing that I didn’t love was that there is not staff on site 24/7 therefore you really need to download to app to have the digital key on your phone in case you get locked out.
