“I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“Positive: good location for intended purpose, great amenities, new annex building, friendly staff. Negative: No lifts, leaking tap, bad bathroom design, noisy, no telephone in room, poor tv reception, noisy aircon, bed bug”

“Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. ”

“My second time to stay at a Go hotel property. I like this in Iloilo better than I Bacolod city where we came from for 3 nights. We are doing travel visits in the South of the Philippines. ”
