“We booked this hotel for our one day extended stay in Guilin, as we could not find a flight back to our destination after our tour. We were pleasantly surprised of the hotel, our room exceeded our expectation, and was nicer than the so called "5 star hotel" we were given for our tour. “豪华江景房，给我安排了2二楼，正对面两棵高高的大树，什么都看不到。预定好后，包括出行之前，都打电话沟通了，希望能安排个景观好一点的，结果900多一晚，还不含早的豪华江景房，就安排成了这样！真的好后悔。 整个酒店的设施就是最基本的老式五星酒店的标准，没有任何出彩的地方。 泳池的水不怎么干净，服务人员很默然和冷淡。晚上给客房服务打电话，让送两瓶水过来，催了两次都没送到，结果口渴的睡着了。第二天早上醒来后，口干舌燥，索性自己去拿水。看到2楼的客房服务人员，我说麻烦给我几瓶水，服务员居然说，我们只能提供两瓶，你要的太多了。我和她解释，我昨晚就等你们送水过来，你们一直都没送过来。。。。后来服务员不情愿的给我三瓶水。要知道我住了3晚，都没有要求客房打扫，按理说，水不是每天都要补的吗?总的说来，我也没多要你们这家五星酒店一瓶水啊？！ 真的毫无性价比可言，绝对不会再光顾。”

“Judging by the pictures you might think this is a classy, well kept hotel on a beautiful lake, right? Wrong. This hotel is pretty old with only a few updated areas. The non smoking rooms wreak of cigarette smoke, the gym is an absolute joke and if you want to swim in the pool, they insist you wear a swimming cap! The western restaurant in the hotel is $20/person per meal and is sub-par at best. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty run down and isn't a great place to take a leisurely stroll.”
