“It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response……

“作为hotels金牌会员，每年超过一半时间在外住的我，第一次差评给到这家酒店！ 原因如下： 因为第二天要在清华上课，所以就近选择，去上课地理位置算好的，只有这么一个优点。 差评1，预定成功可前台小姐说查询不到订单，和前台吵了一下也不给解决，为了不耽误第二天上课就又订了一晚，到现在问题还没有解决。 差评2，房间很旧，应该是很多年前装修的，房间没有浴盆可整个家具都充满发霉的味道。 差评3，空调冷风不够力，开到最冷最大风也不行，应该是后台设置了什么，感觉就是吹风扇的效果。”
