We booked two Luxury King but were given keys to their cheapest rooms (with no windows!) upon check-in - the front desk staff did not mention the difference. After going back down to complain, we had to wait an hour for the rooms to be cleaned - although large and spacious, it was not the Luxury King either.
The hotel also shares the building with other companies as well as a KTV bar, so it did not always feel secure for female travellers e.g. non-hotel guests had entered the hotel lift and asked us to give them access to their "friend's room" on a specific floor.
Our rooms also smelled of cigarette smoke all the time but I suppose this is typical of China!
