We arrived at the hotel at about 2:00 pm but the front desk informed that rooms was not ready. So we went to have lunch and return after one hour, yet the rooms were still not ready. Subsequently I can only return to check in at 10:30 at night but was alloted with 2 poor quality rooms, next to lift lobby. Noise was heard all night like a clock tickling. Unsatisfactory experience.
