“Location good. The bedroom on the left had very uncomfortable mattress! The coffee pot in the picture was missing. Had to repair door knob to bathroom. It was falling off. Handle on stove came off on one side when we opened oven door. Screwed that back in. Had to buy a battery for the fan remote in the room on the left to use the fan. Overall good experience”

“Loved this adorable home! It was perfect for our short stay in Peoria to see The Cher Show at the Civic Center. It is very close to downtown , yet in a quiet neighborhood . We loved sitting outside on the deck . The only thing that was a minor problem was parking. We were able to put a car in the garage , but was unsure if we could park on the street in front of the house. We managed to squeeze the other two vehicles in the drive, but it was a tight fit. We will definitely return here!”

“We stayed at The Manor House so we could all be together while in town for a wedding. Our host was very responsive and the house was so cozy and warm. It was so great to all be together in one place. Most of us arrived the night before the wedding but our son and his girlfriend arrived from California the morning of. We were ready for them with a giant breakfast for all. They waited until we were all together to announce their engagement!! So special! We will be searching VRBO for a place in……

“We were very happy with the house and with Matthew. Matthew was wonderful!!! The only thing we were unhappy about was that we had to clean the dishes. We didn’t have many dirty dishes; however, since we had to pay a cleaning fee, I think that we should not have had to clean the dishes.”
