“Copley Cottage was phenomenal! Our group included family from Los Angeles, Pa and NJ. We wanted to introduce our newest family member to great grandpa who lives in the area. We were impressed with the design and lay out of the house. . High end kitchen and open concept made for easy enjoyable time together. Waking up to the views of the lake and area felt like a bit of paradise. The private beach, dock and sauna were outstanding additions. Overall a stay that will be remembered forever”

He printed out packets for us with instructions for everything in the house, from how to work the fans to where to order food. Even left us refreshments, ice, and snacks as a welcome! Upon checking in he gave us a quick tour of the house as well so we would know where everything was. The house was immaculately clean upon check-in and looked just like the pictures. “Rented this space to stay the night before my wedding and get ready the next morning! It was great! Very cute calm space to get ready in! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space of us and all our stuff! Only tricky part were the roads coming in- once we figured that out everything was amazing!!! Host had good communication and was very friendly!”

“The home had everything we needed. The amount of activities made it that we didn’t even have to leave the community if we didn’t want to. We spent three days relaxing at the pool and pond. The restaurant on site is exceptional. The location is perfect! We were able to take day trips to Cape Cod, Salem, Boston and Gloucester for whale watching. Pam, the host is very helpful and attentive. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend to friends and family! 10/10”

“This cottage, in Summer Village, was modern and comfortable, with a sunny front room, whose loungers we enjoyed! The resort community was fairly quiet, since it was after Labor Day. There were an active group of older adults who were quite friendly. The fact that the community was gated made it a little harder to have visitors. We really liked taking walks in the morning--some good hills! We were sorry the beach and pond were closed due to high algae levels--were told that it was not uncommon at……

“The location was perfect for us - close to my brother's house for a reunion there. The cottage was clean and the six of us slept comfortably. The drawstring light in the bathroom and step down into the bathroom at night was a bit challenging, but overall a fine cottage.”
