The property was overall great. On my first night I was upgraded to a diamond club room because the resort overbooked and was told the upgrade was for two days but was told I had to leave the following day. This was highly inconvenient. Food was mid at best. I think my salad was the best thing I ate there. The island was beautiful.

It’s a nice property, albeit a bit outdated. However the staff and service were not up to par. The app didn’t work to book dinner reservations. Everything was booked up even tho there were empty tables. It took over an hour to get extra towels for the room and even longer when we tried to order room service. Every staff member was annoyed when we asked for a beverage or a water bottle. It took very long to get a drink at the martini bar given there were 4-6 ppl behind the bar at all times. They constantly ran out of cups and ingredients required to make the drink.

This resort was beyond beautiful and the staff were amazing! The vibe team really had the resort lit with the music and dances. Food was ok but I loved the Italian spot Grazie! Overall was clean and loved that it was connected to the beach but not a super party resort as it is family friendly! Would definitely come back.

Here’s a review you can use or modify: ⸻ I recently stayed at the Royalton Saint Lucia, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of care from the staff. It felt like we had to beg for even the most basic services—getting water, clean towels, or even simple assistance took multiple requests, if we were acknowledged at all. The service was shockingly inconsistent, and despite the resort’s beautiful setting, the staff’s indifference made it hard to enjoy the stay. For a resort of this caliber, I expected much better service and hospitality. I wouldn’t return or recommend it unless they make serious improvements.

The property is very nice ( all rooms have partial or full sea view ) , but the service is not OK if they pretend for 5 stars. If you are there for short time is not even possible to book restaurant for dinner. The buffet has a lot of options for foods but they pretty much don’t serve outside (patio area). If you request outside table they make angry faces and the wait time is more than normal.

Staff is amazing, very friendly. Food quality is good, enough options for everybody in our family. Beach is amazing, you get personal reef and snorkelling experience. Only concern I got was beach is not being taken care of, personnel carrying drinks commonly dumps cups on sand when picking up, right in front of you; its an amazing beachfront and should be maintained better. Weather was also great, not as humid as in Cancun for example. Overall good stay, highlight being the beach.

I liked the property and rooms. I had the junior suite with the swim up which was comfortable. The service was horrible. Room service took over an hour. That’s understandable with such a large resort. However, there was one instance where I ordered breakfast and it never came. This was very frustrating. Most of the staff was rude and unwelcoming. I always tip for great service but most of them didn’t deserve it. Once night at dinner we waited almost 15 minutes for a refill of water. When we asked for assistance she got an attitude. We went on the catamaran excursion with Nexus tours which was amazing. We also had airport transport with them. Overall, I enjoyed St. Lucia but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I know I wouldn’t do it again.

We were disappointed in our stay at the Royalton. It was our honeymoon and we originally requested a king bed. They gave us a room with double queens. The room also had broken tiles and a broken toilet paper holder with screws coming out of the wall. It did not take long to realize the staff at the Royalton were not very friendly. They also were not accommodating. It seemed like every request we had was a burden to them. We paid good money for the all inclusive experience, yet we received it begrudgingly. Out of all the staff that worked at this resort, I counted only four that were kind and helpful. The food provided at the resort was not bad, but it was not very good. Everything tasted very bland, with the exception of the Japanese and steakhouse restaurant. When ordering drinks at restaurants the wait time to receive them was too long. Sometimes our food would arrive before our drinks. It was poor service overall. I expected better based on what I paid. The grounds were nice at the Royalton, however the beach was full of solicitors trying to get you to purchase excursions. It was difficult to relax. Men would interrupt at least every 15 minutes. Overall, if you are looking for an all inclusive resort in St. Lucia I would look elsewhere. There have to be better options with friendlier staff.
