“I booked the privilege room online, but when I arrived, the room offered to me is quite different with the pictures showed in the website. I doubt they gave me a basic room instead but when I asked them in the reception, no one sloved my question. One guy only ask me whether I need to call the manager, but when I said yes, no one contact me then”

“Excellent location just nearby the shopping mall and good restaurants all around. Good services with good facilities, e.g. bathing tube, skin care kit, etc. Lovely at all, highly recommended for staying.”

“Super close to Brussels Central Station and Grand Plaza, only a 5 minute walk to both, very convenient! Carrefour near by, and lots of shops and restaurants, basically all the places you need to visit in Brussels are just around the corner. Rooms are clean with comfortable bed, awesome breakfast with plenty of selections, you can even order fresh eggs! Staff are also very helpful and nice! Overall I give very high compliments to this hotel! Highly recommend!”

“The hotel location is great, which is 5-7mins walk from the central station. 10mins walking distance to all sites in the city. Hotel has nice inner design and you’d love it when you walk in the hotel, a place where you may want to stay leisurely and lazily in the hotel more than visiting the site. It was a pleasant surprise when you entre the room, with the comfort space you need for travelers for everything. Nice and clean, simple but with a good taste in terms of inner design. Excellent!”
