“We were only staying for three nights which was a shame as could have done with longer.. We found the cottage easily, it was warm, clean and comfortable. Great walking from the front door. “Great for our party of 13 as there was plenty of room for us all and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment ,plates and glasses etc. Some of the rooms and areas look a bit tired and could do with an upgrade (stair carpets, walls painting and floors could be cleaner downstairs) but bathrooms clean and beds comfy. it’s also great to have the farm shop and the pub next door is great - very friendly and helpful and lovely pub meal and service.”

“There is ample parking on site and guests need to check in their vehicle reg at reception or you will be fined. Check in was very quick and the lady on reception was very helpful. The reception area / foyer looks upmarket. The rooms are dated and basic but were spacious and clean with everything you needed. Both rooms had balconies however we were umable to use them as they were undergoing repairs. The bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash and body wash all provided. The water is extremely hot……
