“We've stayed in probably 30 different VRBO properties through the years, but both my wife and I would rate this No. 1 - at least for what we're looking for. It was peaceful, serene, in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to all the amenities. The garden out back is wonderful, and place is clean, updated, and interesting. We were even treated to a couple jars of homemade granola from our hosts, who were lovely! We'll be back. ... ”

“The loft was perfect for a girl’s trip. It was well-equipped and inviting. The property was very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating. We highly recommend this unique and comfortable place to stay.”

“Communication with the host was quick and seamless. The property is located in a nice neighborhood right on the river. It has a beautiful deck overlooking the river. Great garden like area with a firepit. Great little house with everything you need. Ten minute drive to downtown Oregon City and 30 min drive to Portland. If we are ever in the area we would stay here again.”

“Enjoyed our first stay at the Old Barn and knew it would be perfect for a quiet romantic getaway. It didn’t disappoint! Soaking in the hot tub in a cool gentle rain then warming up in the luxurious shower and cuddling up in the huge comfortable bed were exactly what we needed. And I loved the chance to serenade my husband on the baby grand! We’re already looking forward to our next stay! ”

“It was a great retreat for hardworking women who needed a beautiful setting, all sorts of pampering and a chance to unwind in God's beautiful surroundings! We came prepared to make a fire, but were so well taken care of, we just left the wood behind for the next inhabitants. I hope they enjoyed it! A few things we thought could make the stay even better: Scrubber pads for scrubbing the pans (sponges just don't cut it - though they were new and fresh!), Aluminum foil (for keeping baking clean),……

“Everything went great, easy check in, place was very clean and cozy. Owners are super easy to work with if needed and we would absolutely stay here again. We stayed for 3 weeks! Location was great and easy to get around everywhere. Calm peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for letting us stay! ”

“We so enjoyed the cottage and the host! It is beautiful, spacious and peaceful, located close to restaurants and shops. We liked all that the cottage had to offer to make the stay comfortable, welcoming and convenient. So well equipped, if we hadn’t been visiting family, we might not have left!”
