“We had a fantastic stay in Valentyna's home. We had a large group of 16 at the home during labor day weekend. We found the house large, clean, updated and had plenty of space. The bedrooms are roomy, the living spaces are even larger than pictured, and the five different outdoor areas are fantastic. The house has every amenity you can ask for. Direct lake access is steps from the house and the house is close to Hunter for the winter months. We had a great time and would happily stay again. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back! Conveniently located close to our favorite places. Hosts are very thoughtful. Cabin has all necessary amenities and sets purchased for the intention of hosting - unlike some places that are overfilled with a few family generations worth of outdated/worn out stuff. “We really enjoyed our stay in Hunter. The house met our needs well for a large family gathering. The hot tub and game room were excellent. Beutiful inside.It is close to shopping and hiking trails in the area. We did a lot of cooking and could have used larger cutting boards and baking/roasting pans. Be aware that the house is right on the main road into Hunter. The pinball machine was frustrating at times because the ball would get stuck.Overall it was a great stay.”

“The house is located off a busy main road, but the street itself is very quiet. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We were there for work and family visits and it was perfectly located in the capital district. Whether you were going to Cohoes, Niskayuna, Albany, or Altamont - it was all a short drive. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.”

“I had one glitch which could have been catastrophic. I had an early morning train to catch. I set the alarm clock and , for insurance, asked for a wake-up call. The alarm didn't work and the wake-up call did not happen. Fortunately there was noise outside my door an hour before I needed to awake so I just stayed up. Had the noise not woken me I would have missed my train and the next connecting segment and had to incur additional hotel and pet sitter costs. ”
