“The stay was perfect. The property was precisely described. The amenities were great. Definitely would stay here again. The owner was very responsive and extremely accommodating. The long weekend we spent here was just wonderful. ”

“Location on Plum Island: beautiful sunsets and beaches and walks in nature. Just a few miles from dntn Newburyport. Lots of great restaurants and shopping and culture.”

“The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard……

“Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Chauncey Creek House. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, and it is immaculate. The location is spectacular--with amazing views of Chauncey Creek and a wonderful mix of mature evergreens and white birches. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked--which made it easy for us to host a holiday dinner for family and friends in the area. And Lucy was a warm and welcoming host. It didn't feel a bit like a rental; it felt like we were……
