“I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. I stayed for a week but I am not enjoy their food compare to other Caribbean Island all……

“When we checked in the room wasn't ready. It took 45 minutes to get settled and they gave what they said was an upgrade and $100 BDS credit. Nice room and it had a kitchen. Maid service was a bit unpredictable, the times we wanted it they just left us a bunch of towels. The restaurants we tried are the main bar (nachos, small portion, pretty sub standard), the italian place (great!), the fancy breakfast buffet (awful), and the coffee place (good ice cream, coffee was good but super pricey served……

“The staff are excellent. When we arrived, we were shown to a building with NO elevator. Because I have a neuromuscular disorder, I require an elevator. the staff switched us to such a building immediately. The staff at the buffet seated us near the buffet so my husband didn't have to bring my food far. Food was delicious with different foods every day. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. “I really enjoyed my stay here at South Point. From the moment we walked in customer service was spectacular. They were very helpful, anything we needed they were there to assist. From rides every day and even booking excursions for us! The room was beautiful nice and cozy, had a nice kitchenette that was very beneficial. The process of staying here was so smooth and easy which I am very grateful for! ALSO, the staff made sure the property stayed up to par the ENTIRE time and I truly appreciated……

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”
