“This is a 1896 home complete with furnishings appropriate to the time only a few blocks off 355 in lovely neighborhood. Everything worked, bed was comfortable, room was large even spacious. Bathroom was cramped, but adequate. Breakfast was continental traditional, but with cereal milk, good bread and yogurt, one can consume sufficient protein for the morning activities. We will no doubt return on our next trip to DC. ”

“I booked this stay for one of my employees. The employee had multiple concerns about the property, including a persistent leak in the bathroom. When reaching out to the property manager her was rude and dismissive and took a very long time to respond let alone address the concerns. ”

“The 2nd bedroom bed was difficukt to get out and in if you have 2 in the bed. No paper towels or paper napkins. TV is roku. The biggest challange was taking our luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. .it was tough.Allwerstruggled”

“The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful.”

“Great communication with our host. The unit is just as advertised. The basement apartment is comfortable and is in an amazing location and neighborhood. In three walking directions you have access to few corner/mini marts, 6 to 10 sit down food options, street markets, and Trader Joe's. There are electric scooter and bike rentals everywhere you look, we used Lime. Uber or Cab rides were averaging around 20 bucks for longer rides to places by the waterfront and the neighborhood/city area over……

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break. The property was clean, well stocked, and the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The whole neighborhood was quiet, and the property being just a short walk to Whole Foods allowed us to stock up on groceries for our stay.
