“We came just for 2 days in December to visit friends, and loved the clean spaces, long wall of windows, great accessibility to French Memories and Powder Point. Everything worked like brand new and the beds were comfortable in large bedrooms with roomy closets. Landlord could not have been nicer and more attentive, checking on our heat and offering his number in case of any trouble. And his daughter runs the salon downstairs for extra backup.”

“The apartment is adorable! I was traveling alone and felt safe with the neighborhood. Great location to talk to restaurants, the state park and shopping. The host was accommodating to a request I made and very responsive by email, text and phone. Highly recommend.”

“Wonderful 10 night stay at this charming seaside location. Accommodations were excellent with large well appointed rooms thoughtfully supplied with everything you could need to feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze with the detailed instructions we received. Our gracious host provided muffins, orange juice, milk, coffee and more getting our visit off to a great start, and she even offered to supply any other items we might need during our stay (we couldn’t think of any). “This is an old triplex building. As such, everything in the apartment is crooked and uneven - the stairs, floors, and walls. It is 5-below and garage sale appointed.It was clean - so clean the smell of pine sole was overwhelming for the entire stay. Plenty of towels. But bring your own pillows and blankets because what’s there is low quality.Good communication with manager.Neighborhood is low-income. Police activity kept us awake at night. The surrounding streets had thrown trash.”

“We stayed in town for a wedding, and we had a beautiful stay. The unit was clean and modern, and the area is so cute- very walkable, and included parking was a huge plus. The only downside was the noise coming from the rooftop restaurant and the pedestrian traffic from the streets.”
