“We had a small hiccup getting into the room (couldn't find entry code). Then, simply wonderful. Clean, simple, great location/ layout. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and worked perfectly fine to share the shower in the kids' bathroom. Loved "First Run" coffee shop and breakfast croissants! Don quickly and readily accommodated our request for late check out. Really appreciated the 6 inches of snow too!!! :)”

“Had a GREAT time here! House was beautiful and perfect! Trail was well marked and obviously well maintained. Creek out back was so nice to the ears, nice fire pit (didn’t use because it was rainy). Host was super nice and attentive about any questions I had. Great place to stay, would highly recommend!!”

So many times when we travel there are little things that become stressors, but really this was just absolutely stress free.”

“Black Bear Lodge was a great location for a reunion of friends and family that have been skiing together for nearly forty years. We love Snowshoe and the lodge was exceptionally convenient to Cupp Run. We had 14 adults and two children and we were all comfortable. Our host was great with communication and provided everything in the lodge needed for enjoyment.
