“We rented this loft for two nights before New Years with our two Border Collies. It is a small but very nice setup that was perfect for us. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfy bedroom. The grounds are gorgeous and would be great for a summer stay. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was the frustrating and irrational heating system. There are three units in the ceiling which gave adequate coverage but the remote controls were horrible. It was extremely difficult to set them……

“We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. ”

“We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!”
