Walking distance to many attractions, Victoria Underground (providing access to all of London) and Victoria Coach station (providing access to locations such as Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Oxford, etc.). “Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement pendant une semaine.
L'espace est très fonctionnel, offrant deux chambres confortables, et un jardin qui, bien que nous n'ayons pas pu pleinement apprécier en novembre en raison de la météo, promet d'ajouter une réelle valeur à l'expérience lors des mois d'été.
Nous avons partagé quelques suggestions d'améliorations avec le gestionnaire, et nous attendons avec intérêt de voir comment elles seront prises en compte pour améliorer……

“The flat is spacious and in a perfect location. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. “Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. “This was, without any doubt the most unpleasant property that I have stayed in.
Firstly, the property was not what was promised. While the property is in a stunning location it is run down and poorly maintained. For example, the property was advertised as having airconditioning: there were mini units in each room that had ducts connected to the windows. There were no proper seals and the ducting was coming away.

“This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! "Goods
- location was excellent, right at heart of London
- clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem)
- helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com
Room for improvement
- it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs
- there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk
- the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"

"The location is excellent, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. It’s close to all the theaters, making it just a short walking distance after a show. There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money. "
