When we arrived we dealt with the assistant manager & she was great. The younger staff that I dealt with need a lesson in customer service, smile, greet someone when spoken too, offer assistance when requested, do not ignore guests. The person who looked after breakfast was great, she was right on top of things & pleasant. We have stayed here twice, we like the location but a third stay is unlikely. The first time there was a problem with the air conditioning, this time they had a new cable provider and the phone in our room didn't work. In our opinion the cable system is not user friendly.
