“It was very clean and very easy to check in and out”

“Check in was hard. No one was at the desk, so they gave you instructions over the phone to get your key from an open box behind the desk (not very secure) and took me a min to find it. Also, someone came to my room at 8 PM to "turn on the fireplace" (I did not have a fireplace). When I called to report it, the receptionist said, "oh yeah, the heat is off, and they are going around fixing it". A little warning would have been nice. I am a single woman and a stranger at 8 at night wanting to get……

“Great location close to Park City Mountain Resort and to the highway. Near the main bike/walking trail, close to City Park. Good food nearby (Clockwork Cafe sandwiches were excellent!) and free bus service if you head to old Park City to shop/explore. The free shuttle up the mountain is right across the street. The room was well outfitted with a small kitchen. Had all the basics. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. ”

“宽敞舒适，房间很大，有客厅、厨房、浴室也很大，环境美，安静。对于对于三五好友想好好聊聊天，自己做做美食，到小镇上走走，了解一下摩门教徒建起内华达州第一间酒吧，至今人们仍在酒吧聊天喝酒，很有意思。在这里可以打乒乓球、烧烤、在草地上打网球、泡温泉（可惜我们住宿期间温泉设施翻修，少了这个重要环节）这里只有一间歺馆，每周只开四、五、六、日，没有早歺，所以最好自己料理一日三歺，不然要开车十几分钟去找吃的。”

“There is no elevator. The smell in the corridor is very bad. The room also smells very bad.”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
