“We stayed here for Family weekend at ETSU. Very spacious, quiet ( you can't hear the train! IYKYK), exactly as pictured. There are stairs so those with mobility issues need to take that into consideration. This is a great home base for anyone coming to Johnson City. ”

“A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. Richard and Diane are wonderful hosts and were available my entire time for anything I needed and were more than helpful with my needs. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!”
