“We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!”

“We enjoyed the property. The pool, hot tub and grounds. The home itself was nicely appointed with modern furnishings and finishes. Once we understood how the pool operated, we were able to enjoy it…not only from an aesthetic standpoint but for our use also. Hot tub seemed low on water and needed to be cleaned but we eventually enjoyed that too! One glaring issue was security of front door. Needs a new locking mechanism that allows door to be closed without use of deadbolt. Also, a front……

“Stay was very nice. Quiet and comfortable setting back off the busy road. The Villas are clean and cozy. Only recommendation would be some lighting on FM2931 by the drive. Very hard to see at night. to find in the dark.”

“This location saved us a ton of money by housing our family who came to town for our son's graduation. There was plenty of room for all our guests. The large laundry room area was perfect for storing extra water bottles and food items needed for the graduation party. We would stay here again.”

“Cute little home to stay in! The winery is also quite nice to spend time at. It's a little hard to find once you pull up and we had to ask for directions at the winery. Once you pull in, drive past it and continue past the metal barn until you see a house with a sign. The home is actually a duplex, so you do share a wall with other visitors and we could hear them very clearly. But other than that, we had a nice time.”

“House was perfect for our family group of 11. We had 4 vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The 5 bedrooms fit us perfectly for our 3 night stay. The location is easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, and close to many locations we went to. The pool and hot tub were bonuses as well! ”
