“Beautiful, quiet location next to river with spectacular views of covered bridge & VT landscapes! Clean, cozy, bright, rustic home in wonderful rural Woodstock area. Home is conveniently close to most highways & the center of town. The spacious rooms have mix of period & contemporary furniture, adding to the charm. Had great outdoor deck & river view was certainly a big plus! A few deck chairs would have made that even better! The kitchen had all necessary items for nice stay, loved……

“wonderful serene place to stay. What vacation is meant to be, Go out early morning on the lake and spend it with the loons, fish off the dock , excellent location to sightsee around New Hampshire , hosts were unbelievably attentive especially when the power went out one night.”

“On a very quiet small lake, but plenty of things to do. Kayaks, paddleboard, float pad, and hot tub were a big hit. Plenty of games and activities in the house too for rainy days. Greg was great at communicating everything about the house and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!”

“This is my new favorite spot!! The sunrises were some of the most magical ones I have ever seen. No hije, I had to wear my sunglasses, inside, to make coffee in the morning. Gorgeous! Jason is wonderful! Very sweet and responded instantly! The cabin is perfect! I love the vintage feel with the modern amenities. I hated to leave and will be back again. Now….if I could only convince Jason to let me live there full time…😁 Thank you for my stay!!”

“We stayed for a long weekend at this wonderful property and have nothing but great things to say about the cabin. It appears to have been recently constructed, so everything is exceptionally clean. The interior is thoughtfully designed with wonderful little touches. The kitchen is large and very functional. It is also perfectly stocked. We cook a lot when we travel, so this was quite important to us. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable (good beds and linens). The location suited us very……

“This little cabin is exactly what the owner purports it to be. No more; no less. It's quaint and the bedrooms are small. Because it's a cabin. The shower is small. Because it's a cabin. The TV and stove and sink are all small. Because it's a cabin! There are a few ants around, but there's Raid spray under the sink if you want to go that route. “Ed’s cabin is just a few steps away from the lake so morning coffee was beautiful experience. Check in was easy, cabin had everything we needed and the fireplace was a great touch since we had some rain, it took the chill away. It was a very nice stay.”

“This cute Newfound Lake vintage cottage is so cute. It has all you need to enjoy the area. If you are looking for a cozy lake rental in the woods and nature close to beaches and town this place is great! Great location for winter fall or summer! (Never been to the area in the spring)I stayed in the middle of winter and it was warm, beautiful and accessible. I bet in the summer it is so beautiful! “Everything about this cottage was exactly what we were looking for, and needed, for our Labor Day getaway weekend! The beds were comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower, and kitchen equipped with the essentials (including a drip coffee maker), but our favorite things were access to the private beach and the view of Newfound Lake! The open air deck was a bonus; we had breakfast on it each morning and spent a few evenings looking up at the night sky. Ed and Cathy were excellent hosts……
