“They don't seem to enforce people picking up after their pets in the dog run area. Watch your step, loads of big land mines! Continental breakfast only with little variety, very over-ripe bananas every day, and no option for hot chocolate - tea or coffee only, and some juices; two noticable bathtub rings in the tub. Not sure how clean the carpet actually was in our room. It was ok but not great, it WAS the least expensive room I could find, and they didn't charge extra for our little dog. So……

“We visit Fruita once or twice a year and love to stay at the rentals managed by Kristy and Mike. This property worked well for 2 adult couples and our dogs. Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably.”
