“This B & B was very nice. Lots of spaces to use besides the bedroom suite. Outdoor areas were also lovely. Great location to downtown shopping and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and friendly.”

“We verbleven vijf nachten in de Champagne Suite. Het was een erg aangenaam verblijf. Het huis is gelegen op een prachtig domein met veel mooie plekken om ergens buiten rustig wat te kunnen lezen en te genieten van de mooie situering. Er is ook nog een gemeenschappelijk balkon die je deelt met andere gasten. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van Tim en Sherry die de nodige tips kunnen geven voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Tim verzorgt een heerlijk ontbijtje in een prachtige ontbijtkamer.……

“Me and my partner came not knowing what to expect from a bed and breakfast and we where blown away about how quiet and peaceful it was. This was also our very first time visiting Saugatuck. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The team gave us great ideas about what to do in town and where to eat. The breakfast was yummy and the wine testings and charcuterie offerings were delicious as well. We will definitely be back again.”

“We had a very nice weekend at this B&B. A super quiet and very relaxing location. The property is in great shape and is immaculate. The hosts are very nice people and will make you feel like you are home. You can access the Kal-Haven trail just down the road from the B&B.”

“This was by far the cleanest B&B with the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever visited! They didn't miss the mark on any detail in the decor, food and overall atmosphere. “Great location. Very clean. Super cute! Went to Saugatuck for a couple days to celebrate a friends bday. The Roost was the perfect location and oh-so sweet. Kitchen was great!”

“Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time.”
