“We were in the area to attend a wedding in Graeagle and chose this cozy older home which has modern updates. Great location that is walking distance to a grocery store. The weather was cold but the pellet stove and space heaters kept us warm. We had a power issue one night but the owner responded to us quickly. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Wonderful weekend+ in Graeagle! We had a very nice time at the property, weather we perfect, all things worked and garage space was a bonus to store mtn bikes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was clean and well stocked and the living spaces/dining area were well done. Lighting on the deck was nice touch too. Overall...a good time was had by all. ”

“Stayed a couple of days over Thanksgiving. We were visiting family and this home was a great fit for us. Kitchen was perfect for cooking our part of the dinner. Plenty of space in the entire house( 4 people in our party) and the pool table was a blast for all ages. Clean and a wonderful place to hang out. We plan to use this listing again and would recommend it!! FYI just as the listing stated, this house is predominantly heated by wood burning stove. Bring enough wood if you are renting in the……

“Our stay at Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course was nothing short of magical. The property itself was great, with views of the golf course and river. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Elizabeth provided more than we could've ever imagined. “The host was excellent at answering questions from the very beginning. The home was beautiful, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, close to town. People in the neighborhood were extremely friendly. We treated our kids and grandkids(10 of us including a baby) to 5 nights. The home was plenty big and the kitchen well equipped. We didn’t use the sauna, but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. It was a perfect Thanksgiving weekend!”
