“This was a great place to stay for events in Greenville (for us, the GVL Jazz Fest). Utterly clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home. Very convenient to the SRT for biking & walking, an easy short drive to GVL, truly fabulous TR farmers market Saturday a.m., and fun, friendly, non-touristy shops in TR itself. We would love to come back - soon, if at all possible.”

“My husband and I, plus our small dog enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well appointed. The yard is also luscious and well cared for. We are seniors and didn’t use some of the recreational equipment that the property offers like the bicycles and hot tub but enjoyed the ping pong table and grill. The house is very convenient to to everything in Hendersonville and Flat Rock. We would definitely recommend this wonderful vacation house.”

“We rented this home for an out of state baseball tournament. The home was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of appliances. Small coffee maker, so if you are like us, be prepared to make several pots. No complaints. The host is very responsive and a really nice person. Downtown Greer is within walking distance.”

“This property was very clean and had beautiful views. We had a group of 9 adults and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook meals there. We had plenty of room for everyone to eat together at the table. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware. “House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived.”

“This house was in a great location for the festivities surrounding my daughter’s wedding. We had elderly parents staying with us. Overall a good stay, clean property, just needed a few additional towels, lack of bath mats and tile floors made safety a concern, especially with elderly parents, pillows in master were very flat and could be improved. “This little house met our needs perfectly. It has ample sleeping space, but could probably use another bathroom if all the beds are occupied. If you have small children or toddlers, the upstairs needs a safety gate as the stairs are very, very steep and open I would highly recommend this property to anybody who needs a stay in the heart of Greenville. It has easy access in all directions to everywhere we wanted to go!”
