“Beautiful home with an excellent location to Holimont ski resort. Just a few minutes away. A short walk to shopping and restaurants. Open space living and was very comfortable for our party of 9. Will stay again when in town. ”

The house is so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Shopping, restaurants, bars, winery and the salt cave are just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.entertained. ”

Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others.”

We loved being able to walk to the downtown area and we were just a short drive to Holiday Valley for our kids to ski! This house provided plenty of space for everyone and having three bathrooms was a bonus!! We had so much fun and would book here again!”

“After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. But that wouldn’t deter me from……
