“The Chalet was exactly what we needed for our large family to feel cozy and rejuvenated. The layout of the home allowed everyone to spread out for privacy and personal space, while also allowing ample space in the common areas for gathering together for fellowship and group activities. The setting of the home in the hills and farmlands is just stunningly picturesque, complete with wildlife and gorgeous vistas. The fire pit area was a hit for making s’mores and sharing stories. “Great house with ample beds and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of games for the kids. And best part - short walk to the village. Host was very responsive when our plans changed and we extended stay. ”

“The house was great. Very clean when we arrived The amenities were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk into town in about 7 minutes. We got a lot of snow and the driveway was plowed for us which was very nice. ”

“Place was awesome, plenty of room, hot tub was wonderful. Only complaints were several of the coffee makers were not functioning.”

“Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink……

“My husband and I wanted a quick getaway and came across Rob and Lisa’s listing. Pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need. Check in/check out directions were easy to follow. The scenery is stunning and we used the fire pit both nights. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Others have mentioned that the upstairs tenants were loud. You can hear people walking around but for us it was tolerable. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The front desk was not covered by anyone the night-morning of Dec 10th. The sign at the desk stated if assistance was needed to ring the bell that was on the front desk or call a given phone number. No one responded to the bell and no one answered the phone. I was told by the front desk staff on Dec 9th she would be there the next morning to assist me with a change in my reservation however she was not there. ”
