“Novotel is a good brand and it lives upto the expectations always but this property is a little old which was visible in it's rooms and washrooms. Breakfast was decent, staff was helpful and responsive. They have a casino next to the hotel which is free for all Novotel guests so something to explore and a freebie ;) ”

“We recently stayed at your property and noticed that the housekeeping standards have room for improvement. Upon check-in, there were issues with the cleanliness of the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room itself could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience. On a positive note, I want to commend Myra, Sandeep, Ankita, Debrata, and the head chef for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts made the stay more pleasant, and their professionalism……
