“Exceeded expectations. The photos cannot capture the true glory of the setting: an extended log cabin nestling in a large grassy area, surrounded by forest. We had beautiful weather, which helped, but even if the weather hadn't been so good I think we would still have had a great stay. Lots to do and see and in the local area: the Forest of Dean, Wye Valley, Coleford and Monmouth within easy reach. “Accommodation was ok, the weekend was a bit of a let down due to the weather. The property was comfortable and we made use of the Hot tub. A bit of maintenance is required on the sinks in the bathroom and toilet they are loose. We went to the Star public house that was recomended and we were not disappointed. The owners are lucky having this property in such a nice area. Overall we had a good time”

“Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. The village was about a 10 min drive which has everything u would need. The hot tub was a very nice treat in the evening, even if it did rain. Thank u so much Roy for making us feel very……
