"They are updating rooms so that’s good. My only issue was the shower curtain smelled like mildew. I did have issues trying to call the desk because I was late and arriving at 2:00 am. Every phone number online sent me to a contracted reservation company that couldn’t help me. Luckily the front desk is manned 24hrs a day so late arrival was not an issue."

"Cabin was as beautiful and comfortable as photos and prior reviews indicated. Good signage to find the entry off the highway. Parking with two snowmobile trailers was tight, the snowpack from plowed parking area made it tight, but doable. A short drive to Clam Lake village with a friendly , well-stocked convenience store and welcoming bar-restaurants. We lost hot water during our stay, but made do! The owner can't anticipate an appliance failure in a rural area, pulling well water in the winter! Hopefully it will be a fast replacement, we would love to visit again."

"Best hosts ever!! Nick and Maria were the kindest most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. The place was spacious and clean. It’s also very insulated and noise was not a problem. The master bedroom bed was so comfy!! The kitchen had so much room and were able to cook meals and enjoy them as a family. We enjoyed the location as well. And being above Luckys bar was a perk for us, as we enjoyed our days out but was able to come “home” and have our nightcaps downstairs and enjoy the evening. We will definitely be back in the future! "
