IMG wifi will not work on older Macintosh computers (mine is 2018), IMG help line advised me to call front desk. Front desk was unhelpful, kept me on hold for > 5 minutes and when I walked down they were in the office and had forgotten that I was on hold. Then the front desk person knew nothing about how to fix this, had no number or solution for this issue, although there are multiple online complaints about this same problem. Really annoying because I was on a business trip and needed to do work. Also, front desk staff would not print a receipt because I booked through a third party, when I have done that same thing at multiple other hotels who were willing to print the receipt, and a co-worker of mine with a different front desk staff member in the exact same situation got her receipt printed.
