“Very clean and nicely decorated. The location is in a wonderful location but not very easy to get to. My suggestion is to travel during the day. We had no choice and arrived after dark which made it very difficult to find. If you are bringing your dog, there’s very little property and grass area around villa. The town of Cashiers and Highlands was two really nice towns to visit. Highlands is very pet friendly.”

“I used to come here and stay with my grandparents every year. The unit was amazing and had many extra perks. I had a great time remembering all the fun and all the new memories I made with my kids.”

“We came to Franklin for a weeks stay and chose this location for proximity to local attractions. Condo decor was nice, amenities simple but adequate. ”

“This condo felt like home during our Thanksgiving vacation. It has everything you would ever need. Everything is new and spotless. The layout is perfect for spreading out or coming all together. Pamela was very communicative which helped us to make the most of our vacation. The location is very central to great hikes, shopping, etc. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have.……

“The cabin is a perfect couples getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sounds of the creek right next to the cabin. It’s close enough to Asheville and hiking but not too close to be too touristy. The only thing I would mention is that the yard is not fully fenced in like it looks like on the pictures. I specifically had chosen that cabin for that because we were bringing our dogs. And we had some ants in the kitchen but I guess it comes with being out in nature.”
