“What a beautiful house. From the wood floors,to the wood work around the house and the build in cabinets. The house made me feel like home. I spent so much time on the front porch swing. I just wish it was turned looking out towards the road. Having my back to the neighbors was odd. Especially when they were talking to you. Which brings me to the neighbors. What a great group of people. Made me feel welcome by talking to me whenever we were both outside. The one thing I would change is the curb……

“We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous farmhouse with character AND all the modern amenities/updates. The catch and release pond was fun and we spotted lots of wildlife (eagles, turkeys, deer, and more). The location was peaceful and remote, yet it was a short drive to Gettysburg. Great all around!”

“This house was cute and quite charming. I enjoyed the authentic layout and features of the home with modern touches to ease the stay. You felt the charm of the 1800s with plenty of plugs and charging outlets for phones and devices. The towels and bedding were high quality and the window unit A/C in each room cooled us down from the summer heat easily. The town was quiet but it was a beautiful drive to tourist spots like Lancaster and Bird in Hand, PA. We would recommend this home.”

“We had a great stay in this house. With the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering spaces our family (with adult children and partners) were able to be together, but have our own space when needed. The neighborhood was great for a morning or evening walk (hot during the day), with little traffic. This place was conveniently located for us with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.”

“We were in town for a wedding in Hallam. It was large and comfortable..plenty of space inside and out. Large lot.. we were able to play catch outside with a frisbee, football, and soccer ball. They had an outside fire spot ready to go but we didn't have the opportunity to do that. The host responded quickly to our questions. We were all happy with this place.”
