“Beautiful traditional row house with a lovely nautical theme. Close to the beach, and the train station, kept us cosy over Christmas, with some lovely little decorations put up by the owner! ”

“Pouring down when we arrived but warm and welcoming inside. Tastefully decorated and well equipped but no shops in the village so take essentials with you. Ideally situated for the estuary and railway station to travel to either Carmarthen or Tenby. Lovely beaches in Llansteffan and Burry Port with Kidwelly all within easy reach.”

“Interesting, unpretentious, old house, full of original features. History of the house and garden is fascinating. Spacious, quirky, and comfortable with beautiful high level garden. Great location.”

“Cottage well equipped everything you could need, good location for local walks, including the coast path and after a short steep decline good level walk all the way to Swansea via Mumbles, plenty of places to eat, if your feeling fit, regular buses ( 2 and 2A from Plunch lane and 3 A from the lighthouse car park) if you don't want to drive, just remember the 2 & 2A ( Sunday) only go one way in a circular route, that is down Plunch Lane and not up. Sun passe right over the cottage so plenty of……

“What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive……

“We had a wonderfull time in this cottage, which is a good base camp for visiting de Beacon Hills and Gower. The bed were very good, the kitchen is provided with a lot of usefull things. Realy nothing is missing! We had - by email - good contact with the owner, which makes it a pleasant stay. Thank you so much.”
