“This is an amazing property on a great location. The view of the Cumberland River in the backyard is amazing. The game room was a blast and well utilized, which really helped to avoid having to go elsewhere for entertainment. Easy communication with the owners. We will definitely come here again, but will come during warmer weather to take full advantage of the outdoor amenities!”

“We booked this property for a girls’ weekend attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena. This house is a short drive to downtown Nashville, and the neighborhood it is located in felt very safe and was quiet. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby too. The house itself was very cutely decorated and super cozy. The kitchen had all the cookware you could need, the bathrooms had plenty of extra towels and toiletries, and there were additional blankets and pillows in all the……

“Perfect setup for what we needed. Great place ”

“We were in town for our friends wedding and needed somewhere to stay close to the venue. This house ended up being only 6 minutes away and worked out perfectly. The house was extremely tidy and clean. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept amazing. Matt was super accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We all enjoyed our stay. ”

“Great location with a tranquil view of the lake! Weekend reunion with college friends, house was clean, host communicated very well, unique decor in wonderful Spanish style home. Home had multiple living spaces indoor and outdoors. Would recommend for families as well. ”
