“The hotel rooms are very very worn out and old, no service by the hotel staff at all. Make note there is no luggage assistance so when you travel with many luggages or with elderlies, do not stay here.”

“The location of the hotel is great and just one stop from the main train station. It is located on a quaint plaza and mini Christmas market. It has nice touches such as free gluwein and treats in the lobby. The room was big and we had free access to items in the minibar. Everything was terrific except that we had to wait almost half an hour for someone to show up at the reception to check us in and give us our hotel keycard. Overall I highly recommend the place and would stay here again!”

“We stayed here for one night. The room was clean. The sound-proof of room was ok, not so good though. Too many big groups made the breakfast room crowded and the food was not able to be supplied timely. We had to wait for the tour groups leave and finally get one croissant. There were less than 10 parking spaces behind the hotel. I have been told that I either pay extra charge to park my car in the hotel's garage or park on the street.
