“The property was spotless, it was very cozy and comfortable. We know the area well we just wanted a home where family from out of town could come together with family here. The owner was super nice and the outside screened in porch was so serene and became the family gathering spot. I will definitely rent again and let all my friends know about this property. ”

“Our goal for the trip was to get away for a few days to relax as a family & enjoy the Festival of Lights, this was our first time to GrandRivers & our first time using Vrbo - it did not disappoint!! The property was exactly how it was described/pictured on the site & the check in/check out was a breeze. The property was VERY clean & had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time!!!! ”

“This home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and bathroom needs. TV’s in every room along with mobile device plug ins. Close proximity to Patti’s 1880. ”

“The view was amazing! Loved having 2 master suites. Screened deck allowed for bug free outdoor enjoyment! Lift was smooth and eliminated most of the stairs to the dock :) Took advantage of the included golf cart. Had a great evening around the fire pit making hot dogs and smores. House was plenty big enough for my family of 7 and a 4 year old :))”

“My husband and i stayed here, its very clean and cute. Even had really cute bunkbeds we didnt know was here. Even though pics show in inflatable hot tub, looks like they've upgraded to a real one, which was very nice and clean(besides the bugs that wanted to join me after i got in) just keep the lights off and its not so bad. Overall we enjoyed it and would likely book again since its so close to our family here!”

“We enjoyed being so close to the lake. Enjoyed fishing, the overly friendly raccoon, and the huge groundhog that ran around. I don’t think those beds are queen size though. Probably more like fulls.. as I think stayed. ”

“Went for a long weekend with adult children/spouses and grandchildren. 16 total plenty of room, loved all of the accommodations. Plan on booking another trip for maybe a week next time. ”
