“Arrived day later than booked as we were bumped from flight due to bad weather meaning flight would land in Spain, which passport wasn’t valid for. However, very welcoming when we did arrive, room was great and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the pool and deck were not available due to maintenance. This was very disappointing as it was one of the reasons we had booked this hotel. We were not advised of this when we booked or when we arrived. ”

“The hotel just finish the renovation at May, therefore everything is new and clean. The view from the room and balcony is fantastic. Staffs are helpful and nice, especially the young staffs. Overall, the experience is relaxing and cheerful.”
