“Positives: --very clean --great fenced yard for dog (even has a driveway gate) --remodel was done in spirit of the original depression era construcion--they used what was available and made it look pretty good. --nice front porch --new, comfortable furniture and bedding. --quite neighborhood. --good price for a house and fenced lot. --the heating system is very efficient. Negatives: --had to remind the host to send us the entry instructions. --house is not well marked. We arrived after dark and……
