“Beautiful property, excellent host and easy check-in, check-out and communications. Wasn't clear until we arrived that the spa was off limits. Could have been a bit cleaner and provided a little better bath amenities. However, well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor living spaces-we were able to put together a great meal to enjoy all of the wine we bought throughout the day. We would stay again and hope to enjoy a full wine tasting at the property on our next trip out.”

“This was a family reunion with family from the Bay Area and from the UK. We have stayed at this property before, and we were pleased with the upgrades to the kitchen area. Our stay was magical. The privacy in the extensive grounds, the beautiful pool and well-appointed house set the scene for a great visit. Minor problems with the pool and hot water were attended to immediately by the property management team. We are recommending Estrella to friends who are looking for a similar arrangement”

“This was our destination the property so beautiful we never left and we didn't have to this place had it all and if it didn't we had great restaurants and groceries delivered right to us. The pool was the main attraction plus ample space to spread out and relax and enjoy. Awe spent evenings in the garden, playing pool and rejuvenating in the jacuzzi. We will be coming back.”

“Three generations of our family gathered here for 4 fabulous days. We relaxed and played in the pool/hot tub, watched movies in the theatre, took advantage of the nearby restaurants and spent a fun afternoon at Safari West. The house has a wonderful, airy layout with lots of cool spaces to hang out together or alone. Host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed an stress-free time. Highly recommend!!”

“This house surpassed all expectations! We stayed there for a girls weekend (50+ year old women) and it was perfect! Pictures accurately represent everything, so there were no surprises. “Rivendell had great location on the river. The dock and kayaks were a highlight. The home was clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. High quality appliances. We had an issue with the TV and the property managers were very helpful in getting it resolved. Screen doors to the patio would be appreciated to allow for a breeze to circulate the house as it’s quite warm in the afternoon. A very relaxing and comfortable home to spend time with family on the river :-)”

“Beautiful surroundings, views, hike up the mountain. House was clean, comfortable, if a bit impersonal. Loved the fireplace. Shower and baths are luxurious but not great water pressure and not enough hot water to fill the tub. Aida was helpful with info. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our visit to Fox Kit Cottage was just what we needed. This home is in a quiet, safe, small neighborhood, just far enough off Highway One to avoid traffic noise, while super convenient to head out. The home is surrounded by gorgeous landscaping with flowers in bloom, even in September. The place was very clean, the furniture and bed were comfortable. The large deck has an unobstructed view of the ocean, where we could watch Pelicans, Red Tail Hawks, a Great Horned Owl, Sea Gulls, deer…on a beach……

“The home is very well equipped for those traveling with dogs, but we did not. Also given that it is dog friendly, I'd say the house was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped especially if you want to bake, and the beds were comfortable. Location was a little difficult to find because we arrived at night but we managed. It's a great spot if you are exploring the area and just need a home base, but nothing special. Hot tub was nice during the day surrounded by trees but was difficult to figure……
