“A very pleasant stay. Friendly staffs. Absolutely good experience there and this is my 4th time back here.”

“It was a nice hotel to stay for a long weekend. The description says the rooms are sound proof but I disagree with this, the traffic noise from outside was really quite loud in our room, it woke us multiple times during our stay. Similarly the description also suggests there is a ‘pillow menu’, not sure what that is, we had a choice of a harder memory foam pillow or a soft one, that was the extent of the menu. Finally on the negative side, some areas of the hotel and the surrounding area had a……

“Otelin konumu çok güzel. Otelin genel olarak yeme içme, fitness, spa gibi imkanlarının olması ve bunların kalite düzeyi oldukça iyi. Check in saati inanılmaz geç. 15.00 te odayı vereceğiz diyorlar hazır değil diyorlar ama bu saatte bile odayı alamıyorsunuz. Tek sıkıntıyı girişte resepsiyonda yaşadık. Hem odayı alırken çok uzun sürdü bekleme durumumuz hem de otelin ücretini tekrar ödetmeye çalıştılar ve ödediğimi söyleyip tekrar kontrol etmelerini istedim. Böyle bir sorun yaşanmaması gerekiyordu.……
