“First let me say The communication was 10/10 the host answered questions I had way before my stay and also while I was there. the home 15/10! Very kid friendly very clean ! Communication response was quick when we had a couple of questions arise. Took an Uber to Beale Street since it was dark and we didn't know the area. Then walked over to the Peabody to look around the city from the rooftop. I will stay again if in the area.”

“Lovely little condo with everything a couple needs to vacay in the south. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen on Vrbo! I mentioned our trip was to celebrate our anniversary and JR left us a bottle of wine and a very sweet note. Our first time in Memphis, but we cannot imagine a better location. The only caveat that I would like to let the property owner know about lack of soap for showering, several lightbulbs were burnt out, etc. Minor issues which could be addressed very easily for routine, maintenance and upkeep.”

“This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. Instructions for working the TV and the heater would be helpful. My husband used the hide a bed one night, but there was no extra blanket for it.
