“We were a family of 13 ranging from 7 to 77. The house was set up beautifully. Open enough for the whole family, but the 2 apartments made a little alone time possible. Mano gave us great suggestions for dinner and daytime activities. He made himself available if we needed anything. Amazing time had by all.”

“Perfect location, the villa was located close to the amenities, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and doctors. The villa was spacious, clean but it was a shame there was no basic food supplies like salt, pepper, sauces. There was no TV connection to the internet to watch Netflix or YouTube.. we have a young son whom wanted some downtime like watching cartoons..”

“The property was just right for us with the lake one way up the road and the beach and the town the other. We walked a lot which was hot and sweaty but is was doable as the the kids are all young adults. The property had everything that we needed and Eleni was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying in Villa Maria Luna”

“Wir waren eine Gruppe von 21 Leuten welche eine Woche Urlaub auf Kreta machen wollten. Die Anreise war trotz fehlendem Auto sehr angenehm da das Haus nur 10 Minuten von der nächsten Busstation entfernt war. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und das Haus wurde uns vorgestellt. Es waren bereits viele Haushaltsgegenstände bereitgestellt so dass wir Dinge wie Geschirrspülmittel etc. nicht mehr kaufen mussten. Das Pool war sauber und größer als erwartet und die Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer waren……

“The check-in process was very easy, and the property manager was responsive and very helpful. That said, the apartment was not well cleaned when we arrived, with stains on the floor of one bedroom, small spiders on the pillow of a separate bedroom, and a strong mildew smell in the dishwasher. The apartment is also next to a farm with roosters that crow every morning around 4:00 AM, making it difficult to sleep. The location is convenient to Chania and other sites on Crete, but the visit was not……

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Solaris war einfach toll. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool mit Whirlpool, der Garten,... alles top. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.”

Minoas checked in with us each day throughout the week and was available whenever we needed him. Everything was clean and just perfect! All of us have been so impressed. He went above and beyond with everything. The locations is unbelievable. Beautiful area and close to so many unique places in Crete. You will not be disappointed with this house or Minoas! “We loved this traditional house in a quiet village. It has been very well renovated for everything we needed but keeps its original style. It is also like a museum, as many of the household items the grandparents used are still in the house. So it is full of interest. The garden provided us with some fresh fruit and vegetables too. Altogether a delightful place.”
