“Excellent location. We had a wonderful time even though the weather was windy and cold. The only problem was whoever is in charge of cleaning the cabin needs to spend a little more time. The lower cabinets and stove drawer were full of mice droppings. Once we found the mouse traps we got them under control. This is the only negative we had for our stay. Over all we enjoyed our time there.”

“Well equipped, rustic but charming. Helpful to have washer and dryer. We enjoy a wood stove and being able to utilize the cut-up wood and kindling on the porch. The bedroom at the right of the stairs needs a space heater. Would be really helpful to have an enclosed yard so the neighboring dogs aren't using the yard as their stopping place. The owners were responsive and helpful.”

“Surfaces and dishes were clean but there cobwebs everywhere. Host didnt leave the property until 9:45pm. Check in was 3, we arrived at 4:30, left and came back around 7:30pm. We waited around outside for a few hours before sitting on the couch to wait. It was awkward. Matresses were old and some bed frames were not sturdy. My adult son slept on the couch, as his bed frame was horribly bowed.There was a pretty horrible, unidentifiable smell that stayed on our clothes until we washed at home. The……

“The cabin is rustic and very comfortable. My only issue was the lack of outlets in the sleeping area. I use a CPAP and was not able to use it at this property. The separate bath house had a strong cat urine smell, but it is in a nature filled area. The beds were very comfortable and the area extremely quiet.”
